As an ICF certified Executive Mindset and Personal Development Coach, I specialize in working with young and mid-level professionals through the challenges of their work lives. My journey to this profession stems from a rich background in scientific research, having spent 13.5 years at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Scientist in the R&D department.

During my tenure at Johnson & Johnson, I had the privilege of collaborating with various teams, including a rewarding opportunity to work alongside the Stay Free R&D team. While my work at Johnson & Johnson was not directly related to menstrual education, this experience deepened my understanding of women's health and fueled my passion for making a positive impact in this domain.

My transition to becoming a menstrual educator was not a departure from my career path, but rather a natural extension of my desire to contribute positively to society. It aligns seamlessly with my current role as a personal development coach, where I believe holistic growth encompasses not only professional success but also personal well-being and societal impact.

In addition to my work as a personal development coach, I am also deeply passionate about menstrual education. It was during my journey as a coach that I discovered Menstrupedia, an organization dedicated to empowering girls through comprehensive menstrual education. Their holistic approach, focusing on body positivity and self-love, resonated deeply with me. Since joining forces with Menstrupedia in August 2022, I have found immense fulfillment in conducting collaborative sessions that empower girls with essential knowledge and foster a positive mindset towards menstruation.
