About the authors

Aditi and Tuhain

Aditi Gupta and Tuhin Paul are on a mission to help children learn about puberty and reproductive health, so that every child can deal with the physical and psychological changes during puberty in a positive way.

Since 2012, Aditi has personally educated over 50,000 girls and women about body positivity and menstrual health. She has also trained and coached over 10,000 educators in the movement towards period positivity.
